1. Introduction
Welcome to the web3analyzer website (the “Site”), operated by Dezentrale Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Archiepiskopou makaraiou III 59, Mouyias Tower 3rd Floor Office 301, 6017 Larnaca, Cyprus. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Site and services. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.
2. Description of Service
The web3analyzer is a platform that evaluates the credibility, transparency, and seriousness of web3 and blockchain projects. Our service includes the generation of comprehensive project reports through the merging of website and whitepaper analyses. The results are based on data extracted and processed by our proprietary analyzer and additional third-party services.
3. Third-Party Services
To deliver our service, we integrate with several third-party applications and services:
- Google.com: For file generation and storage.
- Make.com: For overall automation of our processes.
- Apify.com: For data extraction from websites and whitepapers.
- PDF.co: For PDF file reading.
- OpenAI / ChatGPT: For analysis and report generation.
These third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of these services.
4. Subscription Models and Payment
Our service is available through monthly subscription plans:
- Read Only: Access to all analyzed project reports. This plan does not include use of the analyzer.
- Analyzer: Include 10 analyses per month.
Please note:
- All subscription plans are billed on a monthly basis.
- Payment is due monthly, and by subscribing you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
Fair Use Policy
We want to enable all customers to use our automatic Web 3 analyses without any problems.
In principle, you can use the analysis service for an unlimited period of time, as long as the use remains within reasonable limits. In practice, this means that
up to 12 analyses per month are considered to be completely unproblematic.
If you regularly exceed this limit, we will contact you directly and work with you to find an individual solution.
Our focus is on achieving success together. We trust that our customers will use the offer fairly – and we thank you for doing so!
5. Merging of Reports
Our platform merges data from two sources—the website report and the whitepaper report—to create a comprehensive project report. In cases where the website report provides data, it will be used as the preferred source. If gaps exist in the website report, data will be supplemented from the whitepaper report. In situations where both sources provide differing data, the website report data will be used and annotated with “(?)” to indicate a discrepancy.
6. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks connected to the Site.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimer: The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
- No Endorsement: The inclusion of any project reports, third-party content, or data does not constitute an endorsement by us of the projects evaluated.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dezentrale Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, data, and reports generated by the web3analyzer are the property of Dezentrale Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are free to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content under the fair use agreement.
9. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Site, and your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Site, or to the business interests of Dezentrale Ltd.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
